Irritated but can't do a thing

Been trying to get on TLKFA Message board for the past few days and just keep getting this message. The image was inspired in part by SimbaGirl's image of Joy threatening the little DeviantART guy when they came up with an error message [link] ... no little guy to pounce on so this is what came up. I didn't feel like making it very nice looking, it was just a quick five or ten minute thing if that.
